SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

• The products are shipped with the courier company ELTA COURIER.
• Delivery time for shipments via ELTA COURIER is 1-3 working days for orders inside and outside Attica. Delivery times may change due to unstable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, etc.
• Shipping costs are € 4 (four euros) including VAT for shipments within Greece.
• The cost of cash on delivery is 3 € (three euros) including VAT for shipments within Greece.
• As far as international shipments are concerned, they are adjusted according to the respective ELTA COURIER price list.
• In case of non-receipt of the shipment and re-shipment, the costs will be borne by the customer.
• In case of return of the shipment (by arrangement) the costs will be borne by the customer.
• According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the titration of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in centimeters / 5,000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the result of the titration.
